Exchange & Refund for Euphoria Collection
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Applicable for PRIMADONNA only for direct purchase of Euphoria Collection from DONNINGDONNA HQ.

- Exchange & return to different colour
- You have to inform our customer service to exchange the order within 7 days upon date of received (confirmation from courier service provider) and Item(s) must be returned within seven (7) working days upon approval.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges are not eligible due to damage incurred by service courier negligence.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact. DONNINGDONNA reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange if the product is not in original condition.
- If you want to exchange to an item of greater value (different collection), you will be charged for the difference of price (the current price of the product). No refunds will be given should the exchanged item is of lesser value.
- Payment of differences must be made within 24 hours once confirmation of exchange is made.
- Exchanges can only be made once within 7 days of received.
- Postage will be bared by you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and sending of the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Item(s) must be returned within seven (7) working days upon approval.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, You will be refunded in the form of cash, transferred into your bank account.
- In the case that you received the wrong or faulty item, we will bear the shipping cost to return the item and re-send the right item.
- As-is sale items are not eligible for exchange and refund.
This policy only govern for purchases made directly with DONNINGDONNA and not via third parties i.e other online-selling platform, vendor, personal shopper, dropshippers, agents etc.
