Exchange & Refund
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- Exchange & return to different colour, size or design
- Sale/discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- You have to inform our customer service to exchange the order within 7 days upon date of received (confirmation from courier service provider) and Item(s) must be returned within seven (7) working days upon approval.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges are not eligible due to damage incurred by service courier negligence.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact. DONNINGDONNA reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange if the product is not in original condition.
- If you want to exchange to an item of greater value, you will be charged for the difference of price. No refunds will be given should the exchanged item is of lesser value.
- Payment of differences must be made within 24 hours once confirmation of exchange is made.
- Exchanges can only be made once within 7 days of received.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and sending of the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refund option is available should you choose not to exchange the wrong/faulty item with a new item, exchange with a store credit or the new item for exchange is no longer available in stock.
- Refunds are allowed only due to manufacture faults such as stains, tore etc. Kindly email us the photo of the defects for us to evaluate. We will not be responsible for any faulty not caused by us e.g: tore once worn.
- Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted. Should the product is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you.
- Refund is not eligible due to damages incurred by service courier negligence.
- Please note that shipping cost for original order is not refundable.
- Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Item(s) must be returned within seven (7) working days upon approval.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our Customer Service.
- In the case that you received the wrong or faulty item, we will bear the shipping cost to return the item and re-send the right item.
- Sale Items
- Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange and refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and refunded (regular and sale items can only be refunded in the case of you receiving wrong or faulty items only).
- As-is sale items are not eligible for exchange and refund.
This policy only govern for purchases made directly with DONNINGDONNA and not via third parties i.e other online-selling platform, vendor, personal shopper, dropshippers, agents etc.
