Frequently Asked Questions

 1.  How do I place an order?

  • Browse to find the product that you like
  • Make sure you select your preferred size, type etc
  • Click the ‘Add to cart' button
  • Your product will be added to your bag in the top right corner
  • You can either click on the ‘Continue shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on ‘View cart & checkout’.
  • If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to complete your order. Key in the discount code in the box provided if you have a discount code you’d like to use before checking out.

 2.  How to check availability of SOLD OUT items from participating vendor boutique?

  • Should the product is already sold out in website, we can help to check the availability of the items from participating vendor boutique.
  • Click HERE to see the list of our participating vendor boutique.
  • Browse to find the product that you like that have already sold out in website, click the ADD TO WISHLIST button. Repeat the same steps for other sold out products that you would like to check.
  • On the header menu, click the WISHLIST menu
    • You are able to send the list via WhatsApp or email. Should you choose to send the list via WhatsApp, please screenshot all the products in My Wishlist and click the 'I'm here to help' button at the bottom right of your screen. 
      • You will be redirected to WhatsApp Web, sign in using your number and send the screenshot to us.
      • Otherwise, you may also send the list via email. In the 'My Wishlist' window, click on the mail icon.

        • Fill in your name & please address the list to donningdonna.sales@gmail.com. Please insert your phone number or your email address in the message field should you didn't sign in or sign up an account with us, so that we are able to contact you back to attend to your request.

         3.  How to register as PRIMADONNA membership?

        •  For PRIMADONNA membership registration, you may click Reward icon on the bottom left of the website and subsequently click Join Now button to register your details. You can also register by clicking the person icon on the header menu.
        • Fill in all the required details in subsequent page.
