There are several mode of payments to choose from:

1.  Manual bank deposit or direct ATM transfer

  • Please click on the Bank Deposit tab and click Complete Your Order.

  • Please bank in the correct amount. Any change owed to the customer will be returned within the parcel.
  • If you prefer any balance to be transferred to your account, please state in the email, we will return the balance to you via online transfer.
  • To ease payment verification, kindly put your order number for “Recipient Reference.”
  • Please send a confirmation of payment and details (name, order no and phone number) to or WhatsApp +6 018 871 8398.
  • If we do not receive your proof of payment within 24 hour, your order will be automatically cancelled.

2.  Online banking & eWallet via iPay88

  • Choose 'iPay88' as Method of Payment.
  • ipay88 is an Internet Payment Switching Gateway for Internet Banking (or E-Debit) & Electronic Wallet (E-Wallet).

3.  PayPal

  • Should you prefer credit/debit card payment, choose paypal. Not to worry, you don't need a paypal account to use this method.
  • PayPal is online payment gateway that supports online international money transfers.
  • Please send a confirmation of payment and details (name, order no and phone number) to or WhatsApp +6 018 871 8398 so that we can process and send out your order as soon as possible.
  • Please transfer the correct amount.
  • Kindly make your payment and send us the notification within 24 hours to avoid your order being cancelled. If you have access to online banking (CIMB Clicks, Maybank2u, PBebank, Hong Leong Connect etc), we strongly recommend using ipay88 to complete your payment.


1.  Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is provided for item less than 1kg only. Please select applicable delivery rate with COD during shipping arrangement checkout.

Cash on delivery service will be provided by NinjaVan based on locations which are being covered by NinjaVan only.

You may contact our Customer Service to check your area for delivery coverage prior making purchases. 

COD is not provided for international delivery.

2. Shipment Services

Your order will be shipped once order and payment is completed.

All order will be processed for shipping within 3 to 7 working days (shipment will be done on Monday, Wednesday & Friday). Tracking number will be provided through email or SMS once we have shipped out your order.

However purchases made during launches, pandemic, festive periods might be subjected to a longer processing time. An email or SMS will be sent once your item is shipped.

If you have not received your order within 3 to 7 working days after you received your tracking number, please contact our Customer Service.

We deliver worldwide. The posting rate is determined by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

Currently we only cater for international orders for Zone 1 & Zone 2 only. International deliveries for Zone 3,4,5,6,7 & 8 are suspended for the time being. International orders are arranged based on case-to-case basis. Contact our customer service for further inquiries.

EMS published rate above is subject to fuel surcharge and handling surcharge. The posting rate will be determine by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.

  • We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the order has been delivered to the courier and tracking number has been updated.
  • We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.
  • In the event the delivery of your package was missed and is reverted back to us, the shipping charges to resend the package to your address is to be borne by the customer.
  • All duties, custom charges and taxes imposed will be at the customer's expense.
